Mission Statement:
To provide our clients with a top level, independent, cost effective Project Management team.

Q. What are Client Project Management requirements ?
A. "the need to get it right"

By   "Getting it Right"   CADWorks can significantly influence the success and profitability of the project, reduce costs, avoid schedule delays and minimise the risk of the major disasters which do unfortunately arise from time to time.

We believe that there are four major elements
in  "Getting it Right":
  • Precise specification of requirements.

  • An appropriate execution strategy and plan.

  • The right contracts with the right people.

  • Rigorous management to completion.

Virtually all project problems, schedule delays and cost over-runs can be traced, with hindsight, to relatively obvious weaknesses in one, or more, of the above aspects of the project planning and management process.

As a result, the ultimate success of any project is dependent on the project planning and management organisation, and the quality of the personnel assigned to it.

CADWorks combines the disciplines of design, town planning, engineering, and building construction. It brings together a professional group of individuals, specialist consultancies and companies all under the umbrella of the Project Management group.

CADWorks offers services in the following areas associated with Major Capital Development Projects: Feasibility studies Project management Design management Engineering Services Estimating, budgeting, cost control and reporting Scheduling Full drafting services Detailed design and documentation services Building Management & Fitting Out Procurement Commissioning
